團體成績:計算該團體中最快5名跑手總時間，成員最少有一名女性/男性跑手

團體組合: 最少5名成員，成員最少有一名女性/男性跑手，唯團體成員數目不設上限

Team Competition

Team Results: Calculated based on the total time of the fastest 5 runners in the team. Each team must have at least one female/male runner.

Team Composition: Minimum 5 members, with at least one female/male runner. There is no upper limit to the number of team members.

**Participants in the individual category can also compete for team awards.**
